Tai Chi for Energy (TCE) Instructor Workshops

A new revitalizing program! Tai Chi for Energy is great for tai chi beginner participants, participants who want a short but challenging tai chi program or for younger participants. Why? TCE is comprised of two different tai chi styles. Chen style is vigorous and complex combining fast and slow movements with powerful spiral force. Sun style incorporates unique qigong (life force or energy movements) with agile stepping. These two seemingly contrasting styles have complementary internal energy. They form synergistic energy!
